Instructions for filling the NBTC Form 2

Mandatory filling are section 1. + 2. and 7. for every license application.

Section 1. Select license to be applied for.

- Radio Operator License

- Radio Transceiver License

- Radio Station License

You can apply all of these licenses in the same time.

Section 2. Details of applicant.

If you have any document issued by Royal Thai government, please use your name in Thai language same as issued documents are beneficially. Surname and given name (In English) should be the same as your passport. Details of applicant including of address in Thailand, telephone number and e-mail address.

NBTC will send your AROL to address in Thailand only, except the radio transceiver and station license will be sent to your email.

IMPORTANT

All procedures between the NBTC OSS system and the applicant will be done through the email you provided. This includes the delivery of your license once approved.

Section 3. For Radio Operator License

First time of acquiring for Amateur Radio Operator License or renewal.

Require copy of RAST Member ID card or Member Certificate.

Section 4. For Radio Transceiver License

Section 5. For Radio Station License

If applicant is not a titleholder. Permission letter from titleholder is required.

The titleholder shall fill NBTC Form following:
NBTC Form 21 is for permission to establish fixed radio station.

- Copy of House registration or title deed or title to land

NBTC Form 22 is for permission to establish mobile radio station.
